Q: How do the animals close? Do I need to sew it?↓
A: All of our stuffed animals have a one-way zip tie closure inside and a Velcro seam that hides it. No sewing involved! It's so easy most children will be able to do it on their own — they may just need an adult's help cutting off the end of the zip tie when they're done.
Q: What comes in a kit?↓
A: Each of the animals comes with everything you need to build your friend! Every kit includes: (1) Animal shell to stuff, (2) Individually packed bag of soft stuffing, (3) Fabric Wishing Heart insert, and (4) Official Adoption Certificate. You can also purchase clothing items, outfits, and custom t-shirts for your animal friend!
Q: I'm planning a party, what if everyone wants a different animal?↓
A: No problem! You can have each of your party goers choose their own animal, outfit, and accessories. There's a world of possibilities! Our online shop and party booking page show our current in-stock inventory with photos that are perfect for sending to guests so they can choose their animal ahead of time.
Q: How do I place my order?↓
A: All individual orders and payments can be made securely right through our website! If you are interested in booking a Birthday Party Package (10 kits + birthday child FREE!) or placing a large group or fundraiser order, you can use our Party or Contact form or email us directly.
Q: Do you ship?↓
A: Yes! We ship all across Canada. The cost for shipping varies based on package size and destination, as you will be charged the quoted shipping amount.
Q: What size are the animals and what is included in each kit?↓
A: All of our animals are full-sized 16" plush friends (approx. 40 cm tall) sourced from Teddy Mountain. Each kit comes complete with the unstuffed plush shell, an individual bag of cloud-soft hypoallergenic stuffing, a fabric wishing heart, and an official adoption certificate. They also fit all 15"–16" outfits and our custom mini t-shirts!
Q: Can I design a custom t-shirt for my stuffed animal?↓
A: Yes! In our interactive Custom T-Shirt Studio, you can upload photos, add custom text, or pick graphics to print onto a t-shirt made specifically to fit our 16" Build A Friend animals ($10 CAD).
Q: Do you offer fundraising programs for schools, daycares, and sports teams?↓
A: Absolutely! Organizations across Canada earn $8.00 to $13.00+ per kit sold. You pick up to 10 friend options and set your retail price, and we create a custom online order form for your families.
